PLS provides immigration representation to individuals detained or facing detention in Albany, Columbia, Greene, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Warren, Washington, Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton, Jefferson, Lewis, St Lawrence County jails. PLS provides pro bono services, including representation, for children in HHS custody who are being held at Berkshire Farms in Canaan, New York and who are thereafter released from HHS custody when they are released to the Capitol Region area. PLS provides a wide range of services to these children.

Our team translates academic insights into practical tools that enhance decision-making and help individuals and organizations align their actions with their goals. To support our research and educational mission, we offer research services, educational sessions, and an upcoming membership and cohort learning program.

Right To Be’s work ranges widely, but our goal is simple: we want to build a world where everyone has the Right To Be who they are, wherever they are. Every day, we train hundreds of people to respond to, intervene in, and heal from harassment. We hold space for people experiencing harassment to share their stories for affirmation and support. And we prepare new leaders to create workplaces, schools, and communities around the world that are filled with humanity.
